Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can review your request.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
